A Case of Beer - Life-Size Beer Pong - [a case of the blog]

This is a fun twist on a classic game!  The rules work just the same as regular beer pong, everything is just.....bigger.  So how does it work?

Each team sets up six 5 gallon buckets that you typically see painters using to mix paint or hold their supplies.  Set them up in a diamond, just as you would if playing beer pong, and fill them up about 1/3 of the way with water.  The other team sets up their diamond across the yard.

While standing behind their respective buckets, both members of Team A attempt to throw a softball into one of Team B's buckets.  If they make it in, that bucket is removed, and one of the players from Team B must drink a beer (which is filled in a Solo cup, also about 1/3 of the way).  This process continues until one team completely eliminates the other team's buckets.

So, if it essentially works exactly the same way as beer pong....and you're drinking the same exact amount as you would if you were playing beer pong.....then what's the point?

Like I said in the introduction.....it's a fun twist on a classic game.  And sometimes that's enough of a reason.
